Returns

All returns must be authorised by Thrivin Supply Co.  Please Contact kate@thrivinsupplyco.au for advise. 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind. Please ensure you chose carefully. 

To be eligible for a return, You will need the receipt or proof of purchase and photos / videos  will be requested. 

If your return is accepted, we will instruction you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us authorisation will not be accepted.

If it is deemed to be faulty and the return is authorised repairs will be carried out as per the manufacturer warranty.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and recitify it right away.
